We are currently BCI certified spinners, and we are currently pursuing the CMIA, Fair Trade and GOTS certifications, with our spinning capacity of 14 ton yarns per day

In house, we possess our own warping and sizing unit for the preparatory of the weaving.

We are capable of sizing approximately 3 million kg of yarn/annum

We are having the capacity to manufacture approximate 30,000 meters per day. All our cotton fabrics are Oeko-tex [Standard II] certified

Our weaving facility consists of 172 shuttle-less Sulzer looms capable of manufacturing widths from 38” to 142”.

On a ‘job work’ basis, we also support the manufacture of fabrics to approx. 400 power looms and 50 Air jet looms in and around Tirupur.

Our sewing unit is established with the latest machines, with a capacity of 500 machines. Our capacity to manufacture the bags are 150,000 bags per day

Currently we have 6 No's of MHM Automatic printing machines with the print panel capacity of more than 60,000 pcs/day
